This cuisine original from Singaraja it called Siobak Khe Lok, it is a mix of Balinese and Chinese pork and has a sweeter taste and salty soy sauce with traditional spices. Siobak Singaraja has become legendary since 1964, consist of sliced meat, fried pork fat, Spicy Pork Roll, pig offal, deep fried pork intestine, and pork skin (rambak)., is boiled, cut and then fried. This cuisine is quite famous in Bali especially in Kuta area. Why do people call it Pork Satay below the Tree? Because it is sold right below the big tree. Satay pork is served fairly simple with ketupat, red pepper and salt. The satay is soft with sweet and spicy taste. This satay opens daily from 10.00 until noon around 18.00 WITA.
